Full-time, Commission


Located in Cadillac Michigan, UglyBadger provides local and national clients with world-class marketing and design services. Our mission is to provide our clients with award winning designs and marketing strategies that convert more customers and drive more sales.

We are seeking an experienced commissioned sales person. Accurate leads and phone numbers are provided every week and are catered to geographic locations you’ve lived in so you talk to leads that you can relate to. We take into consideration markets that you have experience with to give you an edge when contacting businesses for sales. We provide the best leads possible so you sell more and prospect less. There is an on site sales team leader/manager to provide personal training, video chats, and scripts.

Uglybadger Media specializes in Digital Marketing services. While Digital Marketing experience is helpful, it is not required. It is more important that you have experience with cold calling from a well catered leads list.

Daily Tasks:

  • Making outbound calls. Onsite Manager to answer all your questions.
  • Building relationships with potential clients.
  • Working closely with our team to learn our service to escalate your commissions.
  • Growing with an ever-expanding company.
  • Follow our sales process from the first contact to the final contract negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, dynamic outbound sales professional with a proven track record of strong closing skills
  • Have experience with cold calling
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to prioritize and manage your day
  • Effective and professional presentation skills over the phone and email
  • A desire to earn a high income and a commitment to work hard at it.
  • Sales in Digital Marketing/Web Design is preferred but not necessary if you have a passion to learn.
  • Qualifications:

    • Strong written and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to make 50-150 outbound calls per day
    • Ability to get past gatekeepers and get key prospects on the line
